This questionnaire is for Property Data Verification for Assessment Purposes

Purpose and What to Expect

Our office is updating property record information to ensure assessments are accurate and equitable. As part of typical appraisal/assessment practice, we may perform some or all of the following:

• Exterior assessment (view of buildings/site features)
• Photographs (exterior)
• Measurements (exterior building measurements; interior finished area or varied use.)
• Interior assessment (preferred by appointment) to verify use, finish, condition, and layout
• Review of building permits and construction history (additions/remodels)

Providing complete information helps ensure the property record reflects correct use, size, condition, and features.

Note: Interior access is not required, but may improve accuracy where records are incomplete or where there are mixed uses/finish levels. If access is limited or denied, assumptions will be made.
