The deadline for recording documents in the old Fidler system is Friday, December 27, at 4:30 p.m. and submissions received on the following Monday and Tuesday, December 30 and 31, will be recorded in the new WCI RecordEASE system on Thursday, January 2.
The Pope County Recorder is moving to the new RecordEASE system from West Central Indexing of Alexandria for the recording and maintaining documents in 2025, which is intended to improve ease of use and reduce overall costs for clients accessing documents recorded with Pope County.
