The Pope County HRA-EDA is seeking development proposals from qualified firms, developers, purchasers and builders for the opportunity to purchase and develop HRA-EDA owned property. The intended outcome of this Request for Proposals process is the creation of a development/purchase agreement that will establish terms and conditions, and further define the scope, design, overall use, and development of the Property.
The property is located at the corner of Franklin Street and 1st Avenue SW in the City of Glenwood. The property consists of parcel numbers: 21-0198-000; 21-0197-000; 21-0197-001.
Requests for proposals will be accepted starting November 1, 2023, and accepted through 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 2, 2024.
