Please be aware that a SCAM is being sent out from the “Pope County Planning Division” with an Invoice, which requests a “fee” be wired. The email originates from a @usa.com email address. This is a malicious email and is not from Pope County Land & Resource Management. PLEASE NOTE, all correspondence from Pope County will ONLY come from an @popecountymn.gov email address. Additionally, billing will never be sent via email from the Land & Resource Management department.
If you receive one of these emails, do not reply to the message or click on the link provided, and do not provide personal information to unknown or unsolicited entities.
